Luxardo - Fruits

 

 


  In 1960, Luxardo made the fruit pieces (apple, banana, grape, lemon, orange and pear). They were all shipped to San Francisco, California.

Luxardo also made three large modeled hand-made ceramic fruits, which were painted in life-like colors. I thought they had made 6 fruits, like the miniatures, but no, I found out that Luxardo only made the three large fruits shown below. If you happen to know of any other Luxardo large fruits, please let me know.

Today, the Luxardo miniature fruits are very hard to get. Good Luck!
