Before "Drioli" started bottling their liqueur in the well-known figural ceramic miniatures, Casa Vinicola BOCCACCIO ("Barsottini") had already issued a set of 12 minibottles, as described below. The picture below shows a selling sheet from those days (1950's). These minis were imported into the US by "La France Wine Co.", from Portland Oregon.
The collection consists of 4 sets of three minis each:
"Scottish Bandsmen"
"Arm of the Law"
"Henry VIII"
"Tower of London"
These 12 ceramics in my collection are all full, with their labels on the front and on the back. Cute!!!
